In celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, our company-Shenzhen Qishun Technology Co., Ltd. will be taking a three-day holiday from June 22nd to June 24th.
The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival, is a traditional holiday in China that dates back over 2,000 years. It is believed to have originated as a way to honor the ancient poet and patriot, Qu Yuan, who drowned himself in a river as a protest against government corruption. To commemorate his sacrifice, people started racing dragon boats and eating zongzi, a traditional rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves. Today, the Dragon Boat Festival has become a popular cultural event around the world, with dragon boat races and zongzi feasts taking place in many countries.
